Are you frustrated by the amount of time you currently have to spend setting up user accounts and administering access to Mingle or Go? Do you find yourself strongly agreeing with one or more of the following?
- I manage multiple instances of Mingle or Go. I’m frustrated that if a person needs access to more than one instance, I have to create an account - and grant them access - multiple times, once for each instance.
- We use both Mingle and Go. I’m frustrated that I can’t create user accounts in Mingle, and then “re-use” them in Go (or vice versa). If a person needs access to both, I currently have to create 2 accounts for them but I wish I didn’t have to.
- I wish I had a way to group people together and administer their access that way. For example, if a group of 10 people need access to 5 Mingle projects, I have to individually add each of the 10 people to all 5 projects. This is very time-consuming. I wish I could group those 10 people together and then grant just the group access to the projects.
- People are frustrated that they have to log in individually to the Mingle or Go instances they use on a regular basis. I wish they could just log in once, and then be automatically logged into the other Studios products they have access to.
