This has been asked before but I haven't seen an answer. How can I create a burn-up chart that shows scope reductions?
For example, I have a property called "Added to scope on" and one called "Removed from scope on". For every date on the x axis, I would want to show the sum of planning estimates for cards that were in scope on that date. At a later date, one such card could be removed from scope. I would want to show that dip on the chart.
With the standard cumulative chart, moving a card on a given date out of scope moves the whole line down, rather than showing a reduction on that date.

Hey Olivier
This is not something we have the ability to do easily in Mingle at the moment although we do recognise the need for such reporting. You could try taking a look at this custom macro which describes a way that historical charts can be created using a custom macro plugin.
I look forward to updating you when we have something like this available in the product.
Thanks

Is there a way to chart scope reductions now? What I'm really after are scope variations.
Yes - check out the daily history chart this uses Mingle historical data which shows variation in data over time.
This looks like what I would need. But no trendlines?!?
