Mingle allows users to subscribe to history to keep tracking any changes in Mingle.
In your case, depending on what changes your customers want to be informed , they can set up the changes they might be interested in by using History Filter, and subscribe via RSS or Email.
For example: If Customers want to see all the stories completed in Current Sprint,
Go to History Tab
Uses History Fitler:
Where they have been:
Type = Story
Sprint = (Current Sprint)
Status = (Any)
Where they changed today to:
Type = Story
Sprint = (Current Sprint)
Status = Closed
I hope this helps. You can find more information about subscribing changes here.
