There have been many requests about renaming wiki pages. This could be achieved by doing the following:
1. Make the existing wiki page as a Tab from the Team Favorites.
2. Now you can rename your existing wiki page to the desired new names. And the changes will apply.
NOTE: Your old page will not be deleted, but will include a redirect message to the new page.
