In our environment our Go server supports multiple business units and projects. One of the pipeline group admins from a business unit needs to maintain pipeline templates that only his pipeline group uses. Is there a way to allow him access just to add modify templates, or do I have to grant him full admin privileges over the entire Go server to let him do this?
Preferably just his own templates or those used in his pipelines, but all pipeline templates would for now be an acceptable alternative.

Only users with full admin privileges can add/edit templates.
But some of the cofiguration can be customized using pipeline level parameters which can be set up by the pipeline group admins.
Allowing templates to be added/edited when they are not used in a restricted pipeline group would be a nice feature. The goal is to allow the developers to do as much as they can without giving full admin and operate privileges to restricted groups. The use case would simply be to have pipeline devs create workflows with templates if they choose and simply have admins add them to restricted environments if need be.
