Why aren't I getting my access email?

    Hi Jim:

    I am moving this over to the Support queue to work.  This is not normal and something must have failed in the automated startup.  Someone wil be in contact with you shortly.

    Jim,

    We have manually triggered the request again and confirmed that the hosted trial is up and running. You should have received the email with the login credentials. Additionally we have also sent a note to your registered email address. We are continuing to investigate the initial problem and hope to have it corrected soon.
