Make tree properties transition only

When a story gets added to a release, I set a bunch of properties so that various metrics work correctly, so I have a transition to do so.  Despite much effort, people sometimes do just change the 'Release' tree property on a story card, which of course doesn't set the other properties.  It'd be really nice to be able to make tree relationship properties transition-only, as you can do for other properties.

  Thank you for your post. Yes, I can understand that, tree property is used often in planning and reporting, as a result it is important to get the relevant properties set properly when updating tree property.
