    Hi Adam,

Try "Export Cards", if you select to include all columns in export, you will get a column for tags, the value is a comma separated string.

You could also use Mingle's Card API to get a comma-delimited list of tags on one or many cards.

I need to get the card information through an HTTP request. I need the flexibility of MQL to filter the cards.

What I need is something like this:

http://yourname:password@your.mingle.server:80800/api/v2/projects/your_project/cards/execute_mql.xml?mql=SELECT Number, Type, tags where Number=123 and Status=planned

Right now selecting "tags" does not work.

    Hi Adam,

We do not support selecting "tags" with MQL and the two workarounds (export cards and Card API) are the only options available to visualize a card's tags other than opening the card itself and viewing from the "card show" page.

It'd be great to know more of your context, how you're using this information and why. Could you provide any details?

    Cheers,

    Melissa

We have created a couple of tools at work that generate reports based on information in Mingle among others. We need to be able to get tags as well.
