Retiring Completed Projects
Once a project is completed, it just sits there and takes up space. Thus far, we have taken to adding the letter "z" followed by an underscore to the front of the project name in order to push it to the bottom of the page.
However, we would love to have a way to retire completed projects into a "RETIRED" folder, area or anything that would remove it from site, but have it available in a specific area in case we wanted to look at specific information.

Hi Sha-Ron,
I love this feedback and agree we could make better use of screen real estate on our projects list. As you may know, we're focusing on usability and navigation in the coming months and will keep this feedback in mind for an improvement. It's not top priority for us, but it's something we certainly have heard before, so I'll keep you updated.
Cheers,
Melissa

Hi Sharon,
I really like the idea of archiving projects as well. It'd be a great way to help quiet obsolete noise. That said, it's not something we're actively working on since our current focus is the new user experience and bringing simple back. But this is a request we've received before. We hear it and see its value and I believe it's something we'll address in the future. In the meantime, may I ask how many projects you have and how many of those you'd like to archive?
Thanks,
Melissa
