Notifications for unplanned outages of Mingle
ThoughtWorks Studios Mingle team has made every effort to make sure that all routine maintenance of the software will not result in any downtime.
In the rare event that there is a system fault of some type that would make Mingle unavailable for a period of time, we will communicate regular information to users with the following notification process:

In the event of an outage, our team will post regular updates to this Twitter account.
The Twitter updates will contain a brief statement of the current status and may contain a link to our forums with a more detailed post of the event and the expected return of full functionality of the systems.
Any cases logged with Customer Support will be directed to the forum posts with the event details.
