Pipeline grouping

Currently the ability to add pipeline grouping is limited to the enterprise edition.  It would be nice to have the ability to group pipelines in the community edition.  It is visually easier to recognize dependent pipelines when they are grouped, rather than having the display based on when the folders were last modified.

  Pipeline Groups and the ability to enforce security is a core part of the Enterprise Edition, and while it would be useful to include Pipeline Groups in the Community Edition, we have no plans for this in the near future.

  I absolutely agree security is an enterprise level concern.  It would be nice if the security could be separated.
