    Hi Jason:

    Thanks for the suggestion.   I will pass this on to our forum provider (Zendesk).  By the way, each of your team can subscribe to areas of interest and receive email notifications as you do.  

    The "Check your existing requests" will show you any tickets that you have opened with our Support team, but not your forum postings.

    Hi Jason,

    You can click on your name, which opens a page, which contains among other things "Topics" with a number in brackets indicating the number of posts.  By clicking on this, you can view all the posts that you have made.
