    Hi,

    A support ticket gets logged for each voicemail received.   So this is an alternate means to reach support, besides raising a ticket.

    Hi Jason:
    Sorry I missed this post.  Yes, Ragu's comment is correct - Please call our Support line.  If it is after hours or we are not available at the time you call, we will not only get your voicemail, but your message also creates a new case in our tracking system.  Our goal is to respond to your voicemail within 1 business hour.   If you call after hours, on the weekend or on a holiday, the call back will most likely be the next business day.
